| Lokpulver is the name of Sheffield UK-born noise musician Jack Cartwright. He began making music in 2004, making simple electronic music under a variety of different names using simple music programs and samples. Shortly after, he began experimenting in noise with various pieces of software, and about a year later compiled four of his favourite tracks into the Heights EP.
